Wow, it has been so long since I have made a pattern..but was smitten with the way these came out so I thought I would put them into pattern. Kinda like a two for one on this, you will get Uncle Sam and Libby pattern pieces and their clothing. For Libby I have include instructions for you to make the little Sam she holds. The drum they are on IS OPTIONAL..and you can use what ever base you would like. They are mounted on beehive bobbins. The pattern comes with detailed instructions and 3 color photos.

There is TONS of detail in this piece! The pattern consist of 6 11 x 17 pieces of paper and 4 8 1/2 by 11. So it is a little bit heavier to mail. You will also get 2 pictures. Instructions for all pieces even the pumpkin clay bucket. sewing and making of primitive doll experience is helpful! Alot of detail in this piece! Lets start with the measurements. From stitched on hat to bottom of pumpkin, the measurment will approximately 29 inches.

Pilgrim Make-do With Corn on Pumpkin
There is TONS of detail in this piece and would make a lovely center piece. The pattern comes with 2 color photos and complete instructions. Everything is painted just about! I will start with Measurements. He Measures in at a very healthy 28 inches from the top of his hat to the bottom of the pumpkin. The pumpkin is stuffed firmly and sectioned. It has been painted and grubbied up. There is 3 seperate wired leaves and moss that adorns the opening. An antique/vintage bobbin is securely positioned on the inside and that is where our pilgrim stands gratefully. In one hand he holds 2 ears of corn made from osnaburg and painted (complete with "corn silk" aka flax hair. In the other hand is a wired pennet that reads "Be Ye Thankful" All of his clothes have been painted even the collar and cuffs. He has hand drawn eyes, stitched mouth and needle sculpted nose. His goatee and brows are needle felted into place. Lastly I have added a tag. TONS OF STITCHEN AND PAINTING TO THIS PIECE! sewing and making of primitive doll experience is helpful!

Very Drab Black doll W/ Heart necklace
Pattern comes complete with detailed instructions a color photo and pattern pieces to make this drab gal. Made from stained and painted muslin. She measures in at 23 inches. Her eyes are stitched as well has mouth. Her nose has been needle sculpted. She has Roving needle felted into place. Her bodice has been painted, she has on 2 skirts. The under skirt is heavily stained osnaburg then a civil war reproduction print is over that. To complete the outfit she has a heart necklace. It has been painted and wired.

Constance And Ginger
and Named after My husanbds mother and her Doxie Dashcund Ginger. have made Constance to look like an antique doll. She is made from stained osnaburg. She features seperate wired fingers. So life like and loving to hold Ginger tightly. Constance features "chunky" arms and legs that have been jointed. Her dress is "dropped waist" with hand sttiched osnaburg for the trim around the collar, belt and cuffs. Her blooms are osnaburg as well with cordinating homespun as the trim. Constance has hair that has been "sculpted" then painted. Her nose is sculpted, mouth is stitched and eyes hand drawn. Last but not least she has a bow stitched to her head that completes the outfit. She measures in at a very healthy 28 inches. Perfect for a antique youth chair! Now, lets not forget Ginger! A cute lil' doxie made out of painted and stained osnaburg. Ginger measures in at 11 inches By 7 inches tall. Ginger has stitched on seed bead eyes and a bow that cordinates with Constance's outfit
